Annual Meeting Date!

The date of the Annual English Hill HOA Meeting is Sunday Oct 6th from 4pm to 6pm in the south cul-de-sac.

The meeting will also be a potluck event, so please sign up for something to bring here.

We need a quorum of at least 34% of the neighborhood, or at least 12 households represented. Please plan on attending so we can transition to the next board.

Per the governing documents, if you cannot attend the meeting, and would like to designate another household a proxy, please submit that in an email to the secretary who can be reached at HOAenglishhill@gmail.com. 

 Section 5. Proxies: At all meetings of members, each member may vote in person or by proxy. All proxies shall be in writing and filed with the Secretary.
